Hi Michelle, my love language is presents but I hate to be pressured so I use your hack and buy presents whenever I see or think of something really special and useful for my loved ones and keep them all in the same spot (if not I will forget them πŸ˜…). Thanks for everything you share!

Hi Michelle, I love the new format 😊 It’s so helpful to read about how you navigate life and it is very inspiring when it comes to how to help myself. I’ve started having therapy regularly and looking at situations and how I react to them differently. Thank you for all of your articles and content xx

I love all of this 😊 so so important to keep New Year’s resolutions realistic and I love having a target for an overall year that will build on something that’s already in place.

How am I really?? Up and down. My eldest might have epilepsy (we’re waiting on an appointment and who knows how long it will take, she was supposed to have a general check up with a neurologist over a year ago that still hasn’t happened) my youngest is going to be referred for their behaviour development and they’re 2. I guarantee it’s because they’re neurodivergent, all 3 of us are but my youngest will get help and a diagnosis soonest because they’re male despite fighting for 4 years for my eldest daughter to get a diagnosis and support.

It’s the season for anniversaries. One year since I separated from my abusive husband, one year since I moved into my home which I thought I would have been evicted from 6 months later because of not being able to afford the rent (by miracles, that has not happened and we’ve paid in full on time every month) and nearly one year since my first work shift as a support worker which I LOVE.

Lots to celebrate, lots to journal and process. Thank you for all you do Michelle ☺️
