  • A really useful skill to build up is to learn not to embarrass easily. No one cares, notices or remembers as much as you think and if you gave someone a chuckle (even if it’s at your expense) then that’s a good thing!

  • Jealousy is a useful emotion that can show you which direction in life you need to go in. If you use it for inspiration in your own life, rather than begrudging others of their lives, it can be positive

  • Life can change really quickly. Everything is temporary, in a good and bad way.

  • Apathy tends to accompany grief so if you start feeling like nothing matters, it’s usually because there is some grief you need to process that is making you feel numb.
